First off, I would like to thank you for supporting my site and business! Please enjoy this free February bingo self love activity!

Self-love isn’t about being perfect or doing an expensive spa day(although that does sound nice!). It’s about showing up for yourself in small, meaningful ways. To make that practice feel easier and maybe even enjoyable! I created this Self-Love Bingo card for February as an activity to help you reconnect with yourself.

Just remember not to take the squares too seriously. for this "Valentines Day Self-Love February Free Bingo Activity" I am going to break down what each square means to me and you can use my take as inspiration. Bingo board at the end!

Row 1

  1. One Cup of water- For me this is simply drinking one cup of water. Will I probably drink more than that to reach what my personal body needs? Yes, but for some 1 cup of water is not what they would normally drink. Mine will be plain or with lemon but yours may be flavored in some other way. If you are unable to have a cup of water for medical reasons, then you can have what would be the equivalent of that. Remember that the key is hydration so coffee and even tea may need to be a separate drink that doesn’t include this bingo square

  1. Go to bed on time – This one will differently hit different for each person. If you work nights then you are not going to bed at a time that could be considered “good” for someone else. That is why I phrased it this way. Figure out what a good time would be for you to be in bed and get the hours of sleep you need. After that all you need to do is go to sleep at that time and the square is completed! I know I often say I need to sleep by a time but find other things to keep me from getting to bed on time.

  1. Stretch – This one is straight forward and 100% customizable. Stretch whatever you need in whatever safe way you know how. If you need an idea of where to start, please reach out to me or your doctor for proper stretch/form instructions.

  1. Make a grateful list – It could be 5 things or 60! Write out everything you are grateful for in that moment on that day. Maybe reflect on the past few months and what you are grateful for as well. This can be done on paper or digitally

  1. Play a game – This could be a physical game like tag, digital phone game, or a board/card game. Take time to do something you enjoy or maybe something you haven’t done since you were a kid!

Row 2

  1. Plan a trip – Now this doesn’t need to be a trip you plan to do this year or even ever. This also doesn’t have to be an expensive trip. It can be a trip to a local park or even a virtual trip. You can plan a local trip for a birthday, for 5 years from now, or even for when you retire!

  1. Journal – This can be a digital, physical, or even video journal. Just journal about anything you want. Make it artsy or straight to the point. Personalize your experience for you.

  1. Practice skin care – I am not the right person to tell you how to do this or even what products I use because everyone is different and their skin needs different care. Maybe a good wash with your favorite product and applying that lotion that makes you feel your best if what you may do? Or maybe you make a dermatology appt to go more in depth with your skin care. Whatever it is you pick just treat your body with love and appreciation

  1. Nourishing foods – “good food” and “bad food” can be different for different people and may even promote eating disorders, so please take care when making food choices and seek help from a trained dietitian if you need help with something like meal planning. For this trend I am going to pick a food that makes my body feel good. So something that could count as a nourishing food is pancakes because they are my favorite, but for me pancakes have started making me feel sick the past few years so I rarely eat them. I could make myself eat a bowl of raw kale but that is not necessary. I love runny eggs with Adobo seasoning so maybe it will be that. It could be a breakfast muffin, your pasta for lunch, or anything you view as “nourishing”.

  1. Unfollow someone negative – Do you ever get on your social media and see something you don’t like? Check this box off by unfollowing, blocking, or even click the “not interested” button. I often let my social media know that I would like to see less of something if it involves a fake AI video.

Row 3

  1. Try a new recipe or snack – Have you ever seen a fun idea for a new meal, dessert, drink, or just a simple snack? Now is the time to try it out!

  1. Compliment yourself – Look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself at least one compliment or maybe 20! Just one nice thing to check off this box.

  1. Rest (you don’t need a reason) – Rest. Give yourself a break, take a nap, and let yourself be unproductive! You don’t need to earn it or prove to anyone that you need it.

  1. Meditate – Take a moment to practice meditating! Follow a YouTube video or an instructor! Right now I’m having a very had time letting my Nervous System into the parasympathetic state and chronic stress is very hard on the body so meditation is definitely in my future!

Row 4

  1. Talk to someone you are grateful for – Take a moment to talk to someone who holds an important space in your life or even just someone who you are grateful to have around.

  1. Make a 5 year goal – For this box you don’t need to plan out every step of the way right now but think about how much can happen in 5 years! Take a moment to make a 5 year goal and if you want you can also make a list of micro habits to help you reach that goal.

  1. Follow someone positive – Find someone or a business to follow on social media that is positive and makes you feel better after seeing their posts!

  1. Future you task – Do something for future you! Maybe its making sure the dishes are all done the night before so morning you can wake up to a clean space or you could plan out and prep the meals for the week. What ever future you with appreciate being done today.

  1. Wake up for yourself – Wake up a little earlier and do something for yourself. Have a moment before serving other. That includes before getting ready for work because that is still a service for others. Do something for you! For me that might be a nice cup of tea and one chapter of a book. Start YOUR day!

Row 5

  1. Go for a walk – This can be done inside or outside! If you are unable to walk, go anywhere, or lack space, you can move in whatever way makes you feel better. You can also find an online virtual walk to follow alone with. If walking outside be sure to stay safe and stay seen!

  1. 30 minutes of exercise – Only 30 minutes of exercise movement and you can check this box off! This does not include walking, but any other gentle exercise is welcome! I will probably pick a HIIT or kick box exercise to fill my box.

  1. Read something new – This does not have to be a book and can be anything new that feels like it is adding to your education on something. A blog or news article counts!

  1. Do a hobby you love – Take time for that hobby that you love but maybe doesn’t get as much attention as you would like. Do something you love or discover a new hobby.

  1. Listen to a song you like – Take a moment and enjoy the sounds from your favorite song. This one is really easy to do with a workout or walk!

Four corners? Diagonal? Complete board black out? See what you can achieve before the month is over as a reward to yourself!
